STIPEND:
You will receive a stipend of $1,500 for attending.
ATTIRE:

FLIGHT INFo:
ARRIVAL: Fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO).
- Arrive in time to meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 pm on Thursday, June 17th for a short walk to dinner at Wine by George at Disney Springs.
DEPARTURE: The meeting will conclude at 12:00 pm, Saturday, June 19th.
TRAVEL ESSENTIALS:
Meals, parking, transportation that is not provided as a group during the meeting, June 17 – June 19, will be reimbursed.

A room has been reserved for you and a guest for 3 nights at Hilton Buena Vista Palace at Disney Springs.

PARK TICKETS:
If you choose to visit a theme park during your stay in Orlando, Huvepharma will reimburse you for your tickets up to $250.
- Theme park tickets must be purchased in advance due to limited ticket availability.

Disney currently provides exclusive After 1PM and After 5PM Twilight Tickets and special discounted multi-day tickets to meeting & convention groups that are not available at our Ticket Windows.
The multi-day tickets include a complimentary bonus visit to an additional Disney experience. (Due to Covid-19 these options have been modified to include the mini-golf and Disney Oak Trail golf options. (More will be added as they become available.)
